2. Reason analysis of double tile back fluting

1, corrugation

(1) appropriately reduce the pressure of the pressure roller; (2) Replace the tile paper; (3) Correct the corrugating roll gap; (4) Reduce the preheating area; (5) Reduce the temperature of the corrugating roller to 160 ℃ and then start the machine; (6) Replace or grind the corrugating roller

2. Cause analysis of corrugation after double-sided machine:

mechanical scratch caused by burrs on the cylinder surface of each paper guide roller or multiple preheater of bridge opening; (2) The buckle of the transmission belt from the overpass to the single-sided machine is punctured

VII. Line pressing damage

1. Inner paper rupture

2. Cause analysis of facial paper rupture

: (1) inferior quality of facial paper; (2) The indentation line is too deep; (3) The indentation concave wheel is too deep and not smooth; (4) The pressure regulating device fails; (5) The cardboard is too dry


(1) spray steam on the opposite paper, increase the amount of glue and appropriately increase the drying speed

3. The paper inside is broken

VIII. Good crimping, uneven and uneven depth
